It's sad that people still live the life of the ghetto in the South Side. Instead of wasting billions on war, our leaders should use that money to help better the human condition.

Sadly, nothing has changed since Elvis sang the song in 1970.
I hope you checked out the song I provided in the note section.
Elvis grew up in the Black Ghetto too, the song meant a lot to him.

That was my point.
The cycle repeats ? it never ends.
I heard the song today for the first time.
The lyrics stayed with me.
So I checked out Chicago on the map and I read that south side is full of crime.
