Well, thank you for this. I did not know of these spiders. I love getting new information. I am caught up with reviewing you for now. I am trying hard not to write, so I can catch up with all the reviews I owe. :-)

I've never heard of such a spider; I wonder what they eat in the water, especially when they are in their protective bubble.
Thanks for introducing us to the aquatic spider, and good luck in the contest.

They eat aquatic insects, mosquitoes and other bugs. I thought they are truly amazing. Thank you for the nice review.

Ciao!
I love watching nature based documentaries.
And I have come across some strange creatures but this is the first time I heard of this under water spider.
I googled and found images of it and how it spins and refills the bubble with air.
Mother Nature is stunning often mind blogging.
Thank you for introducing this amazing insect.

I've never heard of a water spider! This is amazing. A web woven underwater. Who knew? Just goes to show how much in nature we don't know about. Unless we explore with curiosity. Thanks for sharing!

What an incredible feat! I love spiders and am always amazed by their clever artistry. Your 5-7-5 verse, complemented by your image and helpful notes, tells me something I never knew about them in very dramatic form. Well done and good luck! Debbie

This 5-7-5, The Diving Bell Spider, has the proper formatting and captures the underwater architect building a submariner home with the abilities we may never understand.

I have seen these spiders. It is amazing how they create the bubble of air that makes the whole thing possible. I can't do short poetry because of the number of words I need to explain my point. Yours is done well and definitely 5-7-5. I would need 57-5 or some weird makeup.

Hi
This is an interesting spider and a hard undertaking. Does this spider have gills to breathe underwater. It must be hard to find something to anchor the web on.
Good luck in the contest.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Have a great day.
