Your writing does a great job of sharing the frustration of small business owners facing unwarranted scrutiny from health inspectors. Susan's assertiveness and defiance against the unjust treatment from Mr. "Hand In Glove" was great! The dialogue exchanges were perfect. They felt natural and shows Susan's determination to defend her shop and demand fair treatment. The ending was great. I love that her fellow shopkeepers applauded her.
