Hello, there,

Poor Ayesha, problem after problem. I would be afraid to get in trouble in places like Thailand. I hope things will improve. I enjoyed this chapter, it's engaging and the characters are believable.

What is she going to do about Steve's proposal? Bapit wouldn't be happy about it.

Thanks, Gypsy. I think Bapit will be happy enough. Steve is proposing engagement to his receptionist, Sarah. Ayesha may not be so happy though. All the best, Tony.

Another excellent chapter Tony, I'm worried what's going to happen to Ayesha now she has a feeling that her husband isn't dead. I loved how you brought the setting to life in this chapter as well. I really enjoyed it.

Oow, I liked that! Ayesha played that perfectly. Now what is her plan? It was a good idea that she can get the rent money put into her bank account, she'll need that because I don't think her other money will be given back to her that quickly. Now, is she a little bit in love with Steve? Too late now, he is going to propose. Another really exciting chapter, Tony. Well done! :)) Sandra xx

Thanks for your affirming comments and sixth star, Sandra. Yes, I think Ayesha will be a tad disappointed, but it may help her to concentrate on the other things important to her. Best wishes, Tony.

Hello Tony,
Tangle upon tangle, but Ayesha appears to be quite capable of handling the situation. It's difficult to deal with corruption in foreign countries. It depends upon who has the real power. You've woven this web quite well. Nice curve with Steve mentioning his engagement proposal. But at least Ayeshe now has some leverage over Runrat (or was it Runrot).
And Bapit? I guess he's playing his Panpipes. It is the title of the story.
Best wishes.
Robert

Thank, Robert. I think Ayesha will need quite a bit of leverage if she?s going to earn that sixth star, and not just over Runrot. Best wishes, Tony.

Aha, glad to hear Chanin was caught--the no good thief.
Imagine Ayesha suspected to be a drug dealer--ha!
But perhaps Bruno was a drug kingpin? And is he really dead? Was that washed-up body really him?
Hmm, could Ayesha be subconsciously jealous of Sarah and in love with Steven?
Another interesting episode. Looking forward to the next...

Hello Tony,
A very good linking section this; SPaG free (if you were interested) and it maintains the standard of your tight and well crafted work on this tale to date. It's the first time I've been around long enough to get in at the beginning and follow you through: you have an easy style and have proven deft with both characterization and location/atmosphere.
I am enjoying the unraveling of the tale immensely.
cheers

Thanks for your continued support and star showers, Phill. I think I have a satisfactory ending in my head at last. Now to get it down in writing!

I love how easy the print size is to read. I also love the thrill of the plot and the detailed conversations between the characters are realistic and suspenseful.
This intriguing thriller is set at several different locations and the plot twists are sometimes difficult to follow. Yet I still enjoy the story.
Thanks for the thrill of a lifetime!
Jesse

Thanks for another most encouraging and supportive review, Jesse. It?s a complicated plot to follow in small bites over the course of several months. Even I get confused at times! I?m glad you found the font size large enough to enable you to engage with the story. Best wishes, Tony.

Kamul is starting to realise that he's not as clever as he thought he was. This was a good read, Tony. Starting with the swim in tropical waters and building up the tension to finish off with. I enjoyed it,

The intrigue of Aeysha's husband's death seems to be getting more tangled. Aeysha feels the shame of how he made his wealth and pampered her. Natural that she should feel the need to take a swim. The dark cloud hanging over them all doesn't appear to be dissapating. Everyone seems on edge, even the lawyers. It feels like a calm before the storm here. estory

Yes, Ayesha is on to him. I'm not sure I like the idea of Steven proposing. It sounded like Ayesha wasn't too fond the idea either. I liked those two together. I'm sorry I'm out of sixes. This post deserves a whole bunch. Thank you for sharing this with us.
