I really enjoyed your poem not only the description of your idyll but also the idea of a move being a rebirth and to top it of bathing in moonlight like a baptism. Good luck in the contest.

Looks like English architecture to me, being well acquainted with 18th century architecture, but you've constructed a perfectly executed poetic offering, i think you'll do very well, well done, good luck, blessings Roy

You have captured very well your thoughts about living an idyllic pastoral life, at one with nature. Very nicely presented and accompanied by a pleasing image. Best wishes for your entry.

I enjoyed reading this pastoral poem. Favorite lines:
Where a symphony of wild birds
serenades from overhead.
And the fragrance of fresh-turned-earth
drifts up from the garden bed
Nice 'f' alliteration with fragrance/fresh.
Very nice imagery. Good luck in this contest.
