This poem works well with the technicalities in following the rhyme scheme and making each line start with the same alphabet. I like the imagery too. Best of luck in the contest.

This is a nice entry for the four line poem competition--the choice of artwork and description of tomatoes make me crave a good tomato sandwich. Nice job--good luck!

I was just inspired by some tomatoes from my local supermarket. Thank you.

I thought your poem was so unique. With just four lines you share imagery of the tomatoes and a catchy rhythm. I like the use of rhyme in this poem. It enhances the playful tone! I think this would be fun to read aloud to a child! I can hear the giggling. This a delightful poem to the tomato!

Of course tomatoes can be grown in less exotic places these days but I had a sense of heat in the last line of your poem, good luck with the contest, this post sounds delicious, love Dolly x
