A lovely wildflower haiku! Yes, even these wildflowers are precious, especially if it's a favorite of a regal creature like the monarch butterfly. Great picture with such magnification to help us appreciate all the beauty!

How interesting. I didn't know this. Monarch butterflies are so pretty. You used excellent descriptions and the photo works well to support your words. I enjoyed reviewing.
Best wishes

My wife has planted milkweed to attract monarch butterflies and they often come to our yard. Your poem suggests saturating the garden with such. Attracting Themis indeed a worthy cause. Rod

So very beautiful, June!
Your haiku is beautiful as well!
How I love monarchs and milkweed!
And you've captured their essence very well!
Thank you for sharing!

I enjoyed reading your lovely Haiku about the miracles in nature. What may seem insignificant to us can mean life to the smallest creatures.
It could also be a metaphor for humanity too.
Lovely .

I enjoyed this brief look into nature. I like your descriptions, but I really loved the first line, "common, yet precious." I love that something can be both. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.
