WHOA! That's what I would love to see someday. But going there is so cold. But maybe in April we could go. Your winter months are too cold for me. What a glimpse of Heaven that aurora is!! Thanks for sharing!

What a beautiful image, with stunning words to accompany it. This had such a calming, gentle flow behind a profound meaning. I love what the picture inspired in you. Gorgeous poetry!

What a magical sight. I hear that the aurora is particularly strong this year for some astronomical reason or other. What a grand entrance into eternity that would be!

Hi Tony!
It is great to hear from you! We are having extra solar flare activity which gives us spectacular Auroras. We are enjoying an extended Aurora season in Alaska this year!

A great picture. I can see how it would inspire you to write about leaving Earth and taking that flight to "where eternity awaits." It's interesting that the Speaker feels Heaven is somewhere beyond Aurora's gates. I am not a fan of AABB rhyming, but I enjoyed your poem. Rod

what a wonderful picture. I can see a dove in it. No wonder you were inspired to write some poetry.
I like 'traverse through Auraura's gate' It feels very mystical and spacious and full of promise. I feel uplifted by reading it.
