What a timely warning you have given in response to the contest challenge. I am a great fan of bananas, especially when they are overripe. Plantains not so much!

My wife is an advocate of a banana-a-day. Me not so much. However, only had fried plantains only once. Not a fan. Thanks for the read and the banana feedback.
