Yes, that's exactly what we need for new beginnings. I like to think prayer also helps. Thank you for sharing this contest entry with us. I enjoyed reading and wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you, Barbara.

It sounds simple but it's often a harder task as in life, sunshine and love, and raindrops on new growth to encourage new beginnings. Nicely done with your Lune poem Kim.
cheers,

A good recipe for growing! So simple, and yet an incredibly complex process, reflected in this brief format poem.
Because this is a lune, I would recommend either right aligning it or left aligning it. The name is based on the crescent moon, which is supposed to be reflected in the shape of the poem. Center aligning doesn't have that effect.
Nicely done!

Interesting topic for the impending season. Let's hope this process brightens our future!
I, mused, have never wrote a Lune. Great job and good luck in the Lune Poetry Contest.

Now that's a growth that we can see with our eyes in a short time. And it works metaphorically in the garden of life planting seeds of love and watering with encouragement. Best wishes in the contest!

This was a good lune for the contest. You got the syllable count right, and the message was nice. I like the "recipe" for growth you list here. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

An excellent entry for the Lune Poetry contest. The secret to creating life in only thirteen syllables. The picture adds a visual representation of the poem. Nice job.
