I don't get to see any snow here, so when these beautiful views and words come my way, I thoroughly love them, your last line is so very much effective, very well written and presented, wonderful photo****kahpot

Mark,
Many are having an early Spring snowfall, some with significant accumulations. You captured this perfectly in 5-7-5 haiku poetry. Beautifully done and illustrated.

Sending you my best today as always, and hope for Spring.
Sal :))

Thanks Sal. We had a few inches yesterday. It was the inspiration for my poem.

Thank you for reminding me to see the beauty in the three feet of snow we got yesterday. This descriptive poem along with the artwork provided is so lovely. The phrase "chantilly-laced twigs" has me mesmorized. Very nice. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for your ?a-one?derful review. So pleased you liked my last line. Thanks for your good wishes.

We only had 3 inches. Our winter likely did not accumulate that much snow. Spring will come soon.

I liked the last line. "Chantilly-laced" is a great description. You got the syllable count right for a haiku. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Thanks Jessi for your review and your compliment for my last line.

The recent snowstorm in my area inspired me to post this poem. Today it is clear and sunny; the snow sparkles!

Oh! Your final line is exquisite! That is precisely what those twigs look like!

What finesse description...

It almost makes me want to see one more snowfall.
(Almost!)

That outdoor scene inspired my verse. Today the sun glistens on the snow.

Thanks for the compliment, especially for my last line.

This 5-7-5, Seasonal Decorations, has the proper formatting and captures the revisiting of the snow onto the budding trees which are ready to go forward.

Your poem describes my yard yesterday when we had snow which left everything coated in white.
Good description of the forest with its "chantilly-laced twigs."
