I see that others have already pointed out that this is not a valid entry for the acrostic contest. But I wanted to let you know how to get rid of that white highlighting if you were interested. When you copy and paste from your original document, do it onto Notepad, then copy and paste it from Notepad into the fanstory editor box. Notepad removes the hidden formatting that causes it. About my first 20 entries here on FS all have that highlighting till I figured out how to remove it!

Skillful word choice! However I do not think this is an acrostic poem but an ABC poem. An acrostic spells a word with the first letter of each line. But it is still well written and I enjoyed it! :)

This is very nicely written and I could be wrong but I think you have mistaken what an Acrostic poem is. An Acrostic poem spells a word down the left side of the poem. I believe you have confused it with the format that uses the alphabet down the side. Please check with others to be sure. I could be wrong. I wish you luck in continuing with the contest.
