The story ends with a definite sign that Karl's condition had eroded back to where he had been. Unfortunately, his actions have come with no reprieve.

I just entered the contest with some completely different from you. You have a strong entry, so please try to go over and re-edit.
The first eight paragraphs have divisions within them. Try to bring them together. Also, you don't need "Page Two" written out as a division. I tell you from experience. Judges will hold these things against you and I would like to see you make it to the top!

Thanks so much, Jim. I don?t what happens when you cut and paste from Word. It ends up a mess. I have already extensively edited this and it is still over the place. I?ll keep trying. Very best wishes, Terry.
