Congratulations on your contest win for this poem about your muse. It sounds like your muse keeps you on your toes and can, in some instances, get you in trouble. lol I believe our muse is born with us and is as much a part of our existence as breathing.

Some will describe their muse as a female, or even a male, I'm more leaning towards the female side, because she's a little skittish, spontaneously creative, a sometimes unbridled will to share inner most secret, (I keep a lid on those deeply shaming secrets, protecting myself and my dearest ones, except from God, boy is unconditional appreciated) beautifully written Douglas.
