Seashells by the seashore. Penney Penelope Applebee is a mouthful for sure, just a little bit of tongue twister. It is great to see that she was doing a fundraiser at the flea market.

I love this Children's rhyming poem you have penned for the contest. I love seashells and things collected from the sea. You used great descriptive words and lovely imagery from the artwork you chose. Best wishes in the contest. Teri

This was by far my favorite of all the poems in this contest. The message was wonderful, the rhyme scheme as close to perfect as can be. I loved the color of the letters that went well with the theme, and the artwork was perfectly matched and gorgeous. Got my vote. Best of luck.

This is a well-crafted poem. The poem had a musical flow to it. Great rhyming scheme from beginning to end. Each stanza connected well with each other. The last two lines closes the poem well. Outstanding job.

This would be a nice poem for older children, possibly even those in Sunday School programs, as it would be so familiar to them. I could image the 5th graders I used to have in my Sunday School class, enjoying this. There are many good rhymes here but best of all is the wonderful imagery and the descriptions because Penny and her parents for instance. I think this is relatable to many kids. Thank you for sharing this.
Best wishes,
Alex
