A very beautifully written sunset poem entry. Great sentiments and matching photo selection. Good Luck in the Sunset photo poem contest and my only wish is that your font color didn't blend in with the background chosen, my color blindness made this difficult to read. Thank you for Sharing

This was simply elegant, poem, photo and all. I love that image of moonlight meeting sunlight like entwining lovers. Be careful, someone might steal it some day! Great writing!

Love the methaphor:"Golden-white clouds drift in,
Surrounding pale pink rays
I feel a spasm of pain within
As fluorescent beams end these days", it does look lie dying at the end.

Your colorful imagery, and use of a simile, in this poem caught my interest. Your presentation image is very good as well.
A fiery star sinks below the tree line, is a beautiful and unique way to describe a sunset. I enjoyed reviewing this.

I am also enchanted by sunsets, especially in the summer. You describe one very well, especially in stanza three using that simile. One small error. PIN in line 5 should be PAIN.
