I enjoyed this short little write. I found it to be quite profound. I never stopped to think about it that way but yes, inspiration does come from our own perceptions... My favorite part, however, was the third line: "emotions exposed"... that's what art is/should be... expression of emotion... our personalized way of "exposing our emotions" through different mediums...

That's a lovely poem and presentation, especially because I am an artist and I agree with this. I can't imagine art that was not inspired by something; nor could I imagine art that is emotionless. Art is pure expression of an artist's unique perspective. Well done!
