I liked the balance, the nature images, and you had the epiphany moment linking these images of spring to the sense of hope. I thought you had an interesting sense of rhythm in this piece in how you broke the lines. Ending with push highlights the movement and beginning with Earth underscores where. estory

I really like your imagery here and the way it reflects the struggle of the snowdrops to force their way into existence and transform it in the process. Best wishes for the contest.

I am always astounded by the tenaciousness of nature and how flowers poke through the snow and try and survive against the odds, a poignant and uplifting post, love Dolly x

I liked reading this 5-7-5. It made good use of the contest topic, and I found long 'o' assonance with hope, snowdrops, and frozen. Nice photo choice. Thank you for a great contest entry!

This haiku has a spiritual tone as snowdrops pushing through the snow symbolize HOPE when the world is "frozen amidst darkness." Yes, we all need beauty to reassure us things will be better. Rod
