Hi Navada,
This is a well done poem that reminds us there a so many different kinds of love in this world. I like how each stanza starts with a Greek word meaning love and goes on to define it poetically.
Congrats on placing second in the contest.

I had heard of Eros and Agape, but never realized all those others were also Greek gods of different aspects of love. You can see through their names where different words in our language come from as well as their meanings. This was an educational as well as an interesting free verse poem. This is good. I was familiar with about four of the types of love but the others make sense as well. :Love has many faces and I guess it would be well to develop all of them to deeper levels. Love is important. If everyone practiced love for all humanity we might eliminate war.

Agape love is the best love there is. But agape as humans are able to express is no where close to the love of the Father. Which to me is always amazing to think about what I see as extreme forms of love and to know that there is much more
I think you did a great job here with exploring multiple aspects. Lately I have been writing on the more lustful side of love but as shared between a husband and wife similar to Song of Solomon. Of course I will never be able to compare to poetry from God, but it does help to know that it is OKAY to have lust for your spouse.
Some very zealous religious communities see it as bad.
Anyway that is a tangent. I also like that you included the Greek words. Even more interesting is that Koine
Greek and classical Greek sometimes have different meanings for the same word. Not unlike how English has evolved as well,

You nailed it. Society is obsessed with Eros and also narcissistic self love. We need more agape love. I enjoyed this well researched piece that highlights the different facets of love. The Greeks had it right!
