Humility is a strong virtue and too many authors appear to shun it. I like the simplicity of your poetic words and the honest revelation expressed in your authors note. The reason for writing is a crucial part of the resulting outpour. Write on!

One would have to love the expression of 'eating humble pie' it's much larger than we think it is, it tends to be something we're forced to do after we 're found out. Beautifully written entry in this contest, well done, good luck, blessings Roy

So far this is the most poetic entry I've seen. It is much easier for me to write as well when I have someone I am writing for. Most of the time that person is my husband.
