Hello Rachelle,
how interesting to read the various reviews on this post. Some would like to direct the mute button to others, perhaps not realizing that they would benefit from silence, while others take it to heart for themselves. Aren't we an interesting lot? I see that some authors have been muted, but I don't know how or why that happens, unless their posts are totally offensive to the powers that be. Oh well. Good luck in the contest gal.

You're right, though. This is kind of like those Rohrschah tests --those inkblots?-- where seeing one thing means you're a fine, upstanding citizen, but seeing something else suggests you're a sociopath. People are definitely fascinating.

I get the sense that this is in response to something on site. Lol. Sometimes it is a gift to be cut off from someone. Could be someone toxic who wants to teach you a lesson. In the end the lesson learned is you're better off with out having to deal with them. Gretchen

Ha, now this truly represents the FanStory of today. This past year I have been muted more than every other year combined. I have never struggled so much to get 26 reviews, but now it's a miracle if I do. But, the reviews I do get, I know are from people who enjoy my work, and that's meaningful.

For everyone else, we must thank our friends and family when they cease to be polite, and tell us the truth! When we are being annoying, it's far better we know than that we continue - so let's thank the people who are brave enough to tell us what a klutz we are!
