I enjoyed you post about how you enjoy being female and the discrimination you have faced in a man's world. I have felt discriminated against on many occasions and I remember once being with a male friend of mine when I was buying an electrical appliance and the male assistant only spoke to him and ignored me. When it came to a decision about buying, I just said I wasn't buy anything as no one attended to my needs in the shop and I shopped elsewhere.

Your post did make me smile and I think you are right about you having better opportunities because of the time you were born. Hopefully women will continue to be considered equal to men and I have met many men who fight for women's rights too.

I found this to be an interesting and thought-provoking read and I found myself agreeing with what you are saying. I'm glad that some things have changed over the years but some things remain the same. Good luck.
