I've caught up with the two previous chapters, Barbara, and this one was perfect. I have a suspicion that Peggy and that creep Ronald are in this together. Trying to break Emma and Seth up. But, I might be wrong. It seemed weird that Peggy would join the church, I doubt she has a Christian bone in her body!! Well done, my friend. :)) Sandra xx

I doubt Peggy does have a Christian bone in her body, too. Thank you for the kind review.

I actually enjoy the longer posts and wouldn't mind seeing them go over 2,000 words occasionally. I think it does them more justice to see them play out a little longer than the shorter posts. I really enjoyed this one.

You've certainly got us rooting for their final admission to themselves and to each other that they are indeed the ones for each other. You are tantalizing us with this, Barbara!

Thank you for the encouragement. Yes, I would prefer to post entire chapters, but people don't read them. One of the downfalls of this site.

Hi Barbara, another great chapter and it's well written. I'm glad that they have their faith and deep feelings for each other. I'm surprised as a police officer she would gaze out the windows to see if there was anyone out there. She would make such an easy target for a shooter. A hug, Ulla xcx

Interesting point. I doubt they were worried about a shooter. But who knows in today's world. Thank you for the kind review.
