Another faultlessly expressed chapter with no errors noted. There's tension building here but we don't know what's disturbed Molly. You've certainly injected some creepiness here, Barbara. And, wow, the relationship between Seth and Emma is coming on now with that gesture of Seth's, clearly claiming ownership. Well done, Barbara. Very enjoyable. Debbie

As always, you kept me thinking something was just about to happen at any time, but in the end it didn't. LOL. But you certainly know how to build tension and keep. Thanks for sharing.

This pair seems to hinting a bit more toward a romance. I'm sure the dog weren't upset for no reason so some must be hanging around Emma apartment and up to no good. I'm glad Self and his dog are trying to look out for her. This is a story I really enjoy reading.

Good as usual. I have to find three more stories of yours to catch up. I have a one-for-one policy on reading poetry and stories. Well, except for my almost 9000-word story," I don't belong here." I wrote it before I was told that everyone wanted everything in bite-size portions. I gave 7 reads for that long thing. It doesn't matter if it is a 3-line poem or a 2-page story because they both require a 150-character review. Karen

This was a good read, once again. I am a bit unwell at the moment, so hope I did not miss anything. Keep it coming. Guessing the romance might come, soon.

Perhaps Peggy and Ronald are in cahoots Barbara, a plot to break up Emma and Seth and perhaps Seth has some jealousy issues, another fine chapter for your book Barbara, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

Things might be coming to a head. I was hoping Seth would let Emma stay with her. I enjoyed the video. Up until two years ago, I was in a clogging group. Loved it. Miss it. One of the dances, I signed while the cloggers started.

Thank you for this kind review. Why did you quit clogging??

Back trouble! I'm still fighting that battle. No one seems to be able to help me. Getting an MRI next week. When people ask what can they do for me, I say shoot me. You'd think there'd be lines forming for that. hahaha

Priceless. Emma's former boyfriend must think Seth is an easily fooled jerk who would angrily react to his suggestive comments. He obviously underestimated the relationship Emma and Seth have established. These two have a really good thing brewing and I can see they are headed toward a lasting relationship that will no doubt last for a good while, perhaps forever.

Emma seems to require the full-time services of the police department. Does Seth really have to call and let her know when he gets home? Can't she microwave a dinner without it exploding? I hope she'll have things straightened out if for no other reason than to free up the police department. I'm sure she'll mature as the story unfolds. I don't fault Emma for not mentioning Ronald before, but if she had, the police might have been looking into him as the possible stalker. Maybe Emma should introduce Ronald to Peggy. The two might hit it off. Great suspense at the end of the post, as we're left wondering what caused Molly's barking. Emma's comments about her father are sweet. Great story development and character development. judi

Seth's dinner is the dinner that exploded. Seth is the one who offered to call, Emma did not ask him to call. She did mention Ronnie when Seth first questioned her about the gas siphoning but was out of town until now. Thank you for the kind review.

You're welcome. Guess I got the lines about the dinner mixed up. It seems like Ronald has become a player in the recent events. He seems the likely stalker now. judi

We are getting down to the nitty gritty of the relationship between Seth and Emma,, at this point the pair of them will question their involvement with one another, perhaps they'll be Judy friends? Nah,. Beautifully written Barbara, blessings Roy
