This is a good poem which shows us that age does bring wisdom. Faith is all this and more. You did get it for a lot of different angles though.

Thank you for your warm and thoughtful review. I seldom write religious things. I am a Christian, but in a very private way. This prompt, however, just grabbed me early one morning. I seldom win anything, so this was a real surprise all around. BTW, I am 75 and I cannot remember ever seeing the words "magnificent" and "Monday" in the same sentence...

Honored at your thoughts on my Faith poem. You will understand that I was not motivated to enter this prompt. I have Faith, but I never really think about it. Then, one evening, I thought about it: "Hey, as old as I am, why am I making plans for tomorrow?" That did it. Heck, I've been planning next year's RV trips to New England. I must have Faith. (There is a limit: I am 75. I am married. I do not go to singles bars. Faith aside, there is a limit to luck!)

Hey, JSD, good to hear from you again. I can't remember the last time my wife called any of my efforts "inspiring". But, I am 75 - maybe I just forgot. But, thanks for reading and writing!
