This poem is simply delightful - an ode, one might say, to a precious object, a piggy-bank, that holds such special memories and with the reassurance of being passed on to a new generation- the tone exudes the esteem in which it is held. Has my vote. Well done.

I had a big rocket ship tht swallowed coins, but it died in my destructive little hands. I am thankful you saved a prize memory for your daughter. My parents had an old can they always put change in. When they died, tht was the one thing I wanted from the house. I think i will pass it on, also.
