Congratulations on your win, Wendy. In reading your letter, I found much of myself in it. The line which hit me hardest was 'I expect more from them than they can give.' Forgiveness is hard, a daily, grinding task really. Sometimes, I think it's easier to walk away. Thank you for sharing your heart.

Thank you very much Faith. It is definitely easier to walk away, and yes forgiveness is hard and ongoing, and often takes a long time, but during the process we do become more like our Saviour. Thank you so much for the lovely review and for the congratulations. Greatly valued.

Yes, it is not easy. We tend to keep remembering the hurt. But He helps us over time to have a truly forgiving heart. Thank you

But our author points out the extreme forgiveness of His torturers, His mockers and those ill judging an innocent man. Beautifully written, good luck, blessings Roy
