A very powerful and heartfelt message inspired by faith. The repetition of your words and the explanation and encouragement you give to people doubting religion are very commendable. There are some small edits: "I know how to getter done" ? H(i)story; like (Jobe?) of old; Faith and Trust (are). An excellent entry for this contest. Good luck! Debbie

I agree with everything you say about why God chooses us.
God knows Satan exists. But he helps us and gives us courage and strength to fight against Satan and will win as long as we have faith.

This was brilliant. And true. Doesn't matter if the task you're chosen for is big or small. It's yours to do in His honor. Were you a preacher, by chance? Thank you also for sharing a personal touch and perspective. And, you are very perceptive. Most people on FanStory believe that I am a medical doctor, I am not. I was a pastor for over 35 years and my doctorate is in pastoral counseling. I appreciate very much the words of affirmation. My prayer is that this will be perceived by our community in a positive way. Most who have commented have been so inclined.

Hey Gretchen, I think you very much for your kind comments that you left 10 days ago. I won't explain why I'm so late but I will say I was deemed disqualified from this contest I created and set the guidelines for. Talk about baffled, I truly was. But, it's OK I believe I was supposed to write it and I know some people or touched by it. Thanks again.

I saw the title and said nah, won't waste my money entering. So I resolved to review this and subtract a point for every mention of god, but that would leave you 'way in the negative, which the scoring system does not allow for, so I had to bundle them all into one point. Hmmm, what if I wrote an item with even MORE gods and heavens, chucked in a few jesuses? Nah, I'll leave it to you. Congratulations on your win.

Thank you also for the kind words and the instructional words. It's embarrassing for me to tell you this, please don't tell anybody else ever ever ever, promise? I was a English major in my undergrad work. But, that has been so long ago and I have forgotten so much. To be honest I have always struggled with punctuation. The bottom line truth is, I don't know how to fix it. Oh well thank you for encouraging me lol.

I see the point you are trying to get across and I feel I've been chosed for some very minor tasks, and I would assume me all are, but then the Bible says "Many are called buy few are chosen." I've never quite known how to reconcile that. It's good entry for the Were you ever chosen Contest.
