Ciao poet, yes grandparents are important for many reasons.
They can hand down to their children and grandchildren what they have learnt through life .
Precious experience and knowledge that can help younger generations avoid mistakes.

Great acrostic poem very well thought of and the verses are really well constructed. Poems about children always resonate with readers because of the innocence we had but maybe lost now...

I still have a criticism in that I think the poem is about Grandchildren - as suggested by the lines that have a missing subject like 'Grow up fast, they always do' and yet your title is 'Grandparents.' Is that another Oops? I'm not sure if you can change the title once it's been posted, either...
In any case, both grandparents and grandchildren are wonderful and you hightlight some of their best features in your acrostic.

Since I am a grandparent, I had to read this one. I'm glad I did. This is a beautiful acrostic rhyming poem that captures the essence of the joy of grandparenting. It's our privilege and also our responsibility to be there for these young ones and provide mom and dad with additional support.

I like your poem. I like how you capitalized the first letter of each line to make it easier to see the word the poem is based on. Makes me wish I had the opportunity to know my grandparents.
