I like your approached to the poem. I like the image of dew kissing the leaf and it being compared to a tantalizing touch. Good imagery using the sense of touch along with sight.

Drewdrops are so beautiful, they look like precious pearls on spiderwebs and

lawns basking in the first light of dawn sparkle like a hundred gems.

A very magical effect, a delight to watch.

Also I love to lick drew drops ( and raindrops) of petals ..

I woke up so I added a log on the fire ..it's still cold at night and I took a quick peek to see how the contest went ..
