Thank you, Dolly. Yes, it was fun to write. I'm also writing a children's book. It's been illustrated by my autistic students. I will be posting it here soon. I think you'll love it!

This fifty-word story, Are Ewe Kidding Me?, has the proper word count and shows "ewe" having a fun time with this challenge. Sheep that eat ants 'shant' be too happy.

I've come in third a few years back, then stopped writing for a while. Just rejoined and entered a bunch of contests. It's addicting!

Thank you, Sally. I appreciate your excellent review. I do hope it's a winner too :-) I wrote this little story years ago when my nieces and nephews were learning about homophones. I guess it's the teacher in me! Anyway, I thought it was a great entry for this contest.
