I'm not sure if this is what you intended, but I read this as a description of two people, a couple obviously, one more passionate, a feeler, a dreamer, and the other more pragmatic and sensible - and yet when paired together they create the perfect blend of the title.
Stanzas 3 and 4 vary in that you abandon him and her and instead speak in more general terms about the two character types and I wonder if that was deliberate and whether the poem might have been even stronger if you had continued to alternate bet5ween the two characters?
Thought-provoking piece, in any case.

Thank you for your review and thoughtful comments.
Just to clarify, my shift to a more general tone in the middle was indeed intentional. The thought behind mentioning specific individuals was to create a tangible and relatable contrast between the practical thinker and the emotionally driven person.
The shift was meant to encourage a deeper understanding of the overall message I wanted to convey. By switching to more universal concepts, I hoped to invite readers to reflect on their own tendencies and experiences in relation to the theme and provoke deeper contemplation.
However, after reading your review, I noticed that I mistakenly referred to "her" in one of the general stanzas, which could have understandably created confusion. I have since revised it.

Well, I think you just described my husband and myself. He's a thinker and I'm a feeler. He's black and white and I'm various shades of pink, purple and blue. We alike enough to make it work. But different enough to keep it interesting...for 54 years! Love your sentiments.
