I agree and I have all of the services represented in my family. My own Dad was a merchant marine pow in WW2. I just want to share why several kids from my highschool ending up going to war, risking their lives, and some lost their lives. They wanted to afford a college education. As we discuss soldiers in America and the sacrifices that have made for us, let us not forget those same very serious sacrifices were made by innocent young men and young women, in this great country of our, who could not find another way to obtain a higher education degree, than to risk their very lives. Let their lives teach us something too. You have written well; your writing gave birth to thought and hopefully discussion.
