Thank you for sharing Sunny with us. It's the highlight of my day to read about such an amazing dog. When I was doing chemo treatments, my infusion would have been better if I had Sunny by my side.

This is a delightful piece about a delightful dog. If you ever get tired of Sunny, you can ship him to me. We had poodles for years, and great as they were, I'd never call them calming!

I love the way you told the story as you said it was a good day for all involved. I hope if ever I need care at one of those centers I have a dog like Sunny to sit on my lap and give me the care and attention I would sorely need.
Thanks for brightening up my day by showing the love and attention we all need when we become ill or infirm and for having a dog like Sunny to give us the love we need.

I had a chance in San Francisco to pet a rehab dog. He was very gentle and kind. I bet Sunny is just the same.

Sunny is a good working dog and his fame is spreading. Evidently dogs can smell cancer and they are developing techniques to screen people using dogs to see if they have early signs of cancer. Dogs are such amazing animals with so many uses, not just as pets, but working dogs like Sunny, a fine post Wendy, love Dolly x

Very nice story. Dogs are, indeed, therapeutic. Some dogs, that is. Definitely not all. We house and pet sat a 75lb two-year-old Golden retriever. He was supposedly trained. He would do in an elderly or sick person out of exuberance.

Very nice story. Dogs are, indeed, therapeutic. Some dogs, that is. Definitely not all. We house and pet sat a 75lb two-year-old Golden retriever. He was supposedly trained. He would do in an elderly or sick person out of exuberance.

Thanks so much Wayne. Yes, they do have to be screened, mainly on personality, intelligence, and being placid. Argo is a massive Blond Labrador but she is very placid and gentle and totally trustworthy. She too does a wonderful job.
