Well I can certainly see why your poem was a winner... such uninhibited joy brought a chuckle to my day. You've scurried about very successfully to get the perfect rhyme to bounce your words along. Laughter is indeed for sharing.

I love your dancing bear. This is really a gem of happy poems. It emanates so much joy, it is contageous. I can tell you are a happy person, enjoying each day God gave us.

    Haha! I just got done giving you a very deserved praise for being so patient and such a great reviewer, and here you pop up again. And always the greatest encouragements ever! After both eye surgeries in June, when I can review some more too, I'm coming to look for you my very dear friend!

Hi, Debi. What a happy poem, reinforced by strong rhyme and meter that seems to bounce down the page - even when you are revealing that you can be a grouchy Mama Bear at times.

This certainly a happy, boogieing bear. I remember dancing like that when I was young--probably looked like that, too. Happy days, those were, though. Congratulations on winning first prize.

Way to go Mama, This is great, I can feel the jumpy tune it portrays. The sunshine in your voice just pops. I don't think I'd like to see the bear in you come out, cause sometimes they can be destructive! Great write Thank You
