Thank you, Bill. This is great stuff once again. Morale across the world seems to be at an all-time low, coach. We certainly need this advice and to keep ourselves from being drug down in the negative muck and mire. A difficult task on most days.

A wonderful essay that encouraged me. So well written and you are right that enthusiasm is key to motivation. I currently took on a leadership role for the women of our church and we have decided to do quarterly events. As the leader, I must remember to keep the enthusiasm going even though the events are 3 months apart. Too easy to let things fall back into ruts! Thanks bunches!!

A wonderful essay that encouraged me. So well written and you are right that enthusiasm is key to motivation. I currently took on a leadership role for the women of our church and we have decided to do quarterly events. Yes, I would have thought the qualities of a leader would simply be someone who could motivate others to be better people, athletes, academic inspirers, my wife is a great leader, because she motivates others, and is selfless herself, as Christ is, beautifully written my friend, blessings Roy
