What a wonderful story Debi, there have been many stories of humans and wild animals and that special relationship and bond between them, it's almost a spiritual one, I just so enjoyed this, it reminds me a little of that special relationship between Elsa the lioness and George and Joy Adamson back in the sixties, it spawned a movie and a song, 'Born Free' thank you for this, blessings Roy

Thank you for the insightful comments. It does seem like there is something spiritual when a human and animal connect like that.
I remember seeing the movie "Born Free" on T.V. when I was a kid. I think that was the first time they tried to put a pet animal back into the wild if I recall.

I enjoyed this it's great with how man and beast connect by becoming friends.many have Mae friends with brown bears in the wild unfortunately they lost their lives being to trusting wild bears out in the wild. 3-14-2023.

What can I do to improve?

I have a few ideas for you to mull over I think it will help you in story telling. So here goes okay?
I would describe the day did it recently snow? Is it butter cold out is the sun shinning ?do you maybe watch momma tryin to teach the baby?s to catch fish?what else is around there to describe, maybe other animals deer or describe the type of trees What does he do when you eat,do you feed him treats?

Hmm. So that?s why you gave me four stars. Dennis didn?t say in his interview except to describe what Dancer was doing. He never mentioned any other animals or if it was snowing at all just that the ice wasn?t thick enough to support vehicles in his old area anymore.
