I am familiar with that story. It is an eye opening example of the ills of our society that passing the buck occurs more often the passing of a football or basket ball in any sporting event. Some of us are better and more skilled at passing the buck than Tom Brady is at passing a football or Magic Johnson is at passing a basketball.
