Being a dependable employee or friend proves that we have dedication to our job and will not let our friend down under any circumstances. Those who let us down find themselves out of a job and friendless. I enjoyed your descriptions of dependability here Bill and I am enjoying this series, love Dolly x

I agree that dependability should be something we need to strive to be. I always tried to be dependable as and employee and as a leader I valued that in others. You don't need someone working for you that you can't depend on. I had a maid that did a good job when she showed up, but I had to let her go, because she put me in a real bind when I couldn't depend on her to always show up.
