There is nothing in the world quite like seeing a person smile. Sometimes so smiles come when we are aching inside and don't know that we couldn't even achieve a smile. I have been there many times and find that when I am able to smile, my world seems brighter. Thanks for sharing this poem. It is beautiful. Patricia.
