I understand you. I hate those people too. I would say women can be dicks to. Just like men can pussies. But, when confronted by a dick you did the right thing. Deflect with humor. A dick just wants attention and to get into something.

I absolutely loved your response to the sanctimonious question about your continued fear of COVID. Hahaha! Priceless!
I treat Dicks and Karens with an equal helping of whatever level of rude they levied upon me first. Well, okay, maybe I even add an extra serving of caustic. Like the Karen (during COVID) who grabbed a loaf of bread right out from beneath my hair's-breadth-from-it hand! "Hey!" I honked at her. She gave me self-satisfied eyes and said, "You're not supposed to be here shopping right now anyway. Mornings from 6:30 - 7 are reserved for 60 and over." "Not that it's any of your business," I said, "but I AM over 60...I just look way better at it than you do." See, that was the 'equal helping' of rude. But then I added, "And why are you bothering with the 'reduced fat and calories' variety? It's obviously not doing a THING for you." I gave her a moment to absorb that hit then went for the knockout punch: "Next time, just grab someone's box of Twinkees out from under them."

I agree. Today we have a pretty good option that allows us to name male and female DICKS with titles that do not offend the delicate. For the men there is the title: Daren, for the females: Karen. This I think, is a fair title that can easily be categorized as PG descriptions of Dick and DIckless. What do you think?

This speaks to the rude reviewers on FS and how they come off as dicks or just terrible writers and how we can see through their tricks. I only know that women can be dicks as well and from my experience, they can be as ruthless as any man!
