When you have something to say you just come right out and say it don't you? Your message may be hidden but I know the circumstances. There is no reason for dicks or dicklesses (dicklesses?)
Anyway, this site should be for everyone's enjoyment and fulfillment, and potential edification. Now as I slowly work my way back into things I will continue to critically review whatever it is I review, but I do it for the writer more than for myself. If I can find three misspelled words before the general public does, that's a much better deal for the writer.
Gotta go, good to read you again Terry, Don't go.

All the creeps are extra small regardless of the meaty parts. Great rant and I agree with you, some people are hopeless. I got a 1 from a guy who wanted to make sure I knew he was talking down to me.

A very well written rant, with some excellent examples of offenders. I have found that at times the best reaction ... is no reaction at all. If you just keep looking at them, almost through them, saying nothing, it tends to peter out. They slink away, embarrassed by their own foolishness.

Excellent rant here about annoying people. I am laughing over your remark about wearing the mask in the grocery store. Good response to a dumb question. I also like the prices you listed for food, I went shopping today and it was a scary experience with the increase in prices. This is a well written rant that I am sure everyone can relate to.

The analogy between your writing and football career made me chuckle as well. Then I lost it reading your response to the guy in the grocery store. Gaining control of myself, I again lost it reading about the drop box from Amazon. In this day and age of gender identity, I think calling a woman a dick is permissible though they're sometimes called a 'Karen.' Personally, I have my own rating scale for behavior of ass, asshole, and outright dick, all dependent upon the degree of rudeness.
'To be clear, it is not the message but the condescending delivery.' A great explanation, but one that will be overlooked and ignored. Some people aren't interested in their delivery of reviews, but it does matter.

How about bad reviews? I read the reviews of one writer's work. A reviewer made kind suggestions for improvement. The writer didn't like it, but made changes and asked the reviewer to change the review. Writer and reviewer then had an ugly discussion.
