This is an excellent example of a father explaining to his son how babies are made. Seems like the son did not get it. I believe by the time a parent is ready to have the talk, kids already know. Your piece is well-written. I enjoyed reading it. Have a blessed day.

Hello Bill,
I found this extra star down the back of the couch. I thought to give it to you, it looks like you could use it.

When I read you (which I do a lot, even if I do not review) I think of a radio, tuned to a slightly different frequency. Not everybody can tune in.

You write very well Bill (often too short, I think you could stretch yourself a bit more: just my [not so humble] opinion). You have great wit and imagination - as in this piece of life observed.

I'm not going to elaborate, other than to say that I enjoyed this amusing piece.

...and I wish you well with your continued writing.
cheers

phill

Thank you very much, Phil. I have pieced together some chapter stories, but pretty much stick to 'hit and run'.

Hahahahaha!
Bill, you kill me sometimes!
I'd have taken a big rubber spatula and slammed it down in between. "This represents a condom. It's there to keep one away from the other, because if the two mix we end up with another one of you. Now go to your room."
Smart ass kids.
Susan :)

Well that explanation of that subject is certainly different, so very well written with excellent humor, I think we do it different nowadays, I also like the shape of the shrimp, ****kahpot

Fortunately, dad has a son who knows what making babies are all about. Unfortunately, dad now has making babies on his son's mind which may very well mean that dad is on his way to becoming a grand dad.

Love it. Did you create the picture? Great dialogue. The son's reactions are hilarious and reveal his innocence especially at the end. Dad needs to find a better way to tell his child about procreation.

Oh my! No wonder accidents happen. Well, this is what happens when hormones rule and there's nothing else to go with it. Thank you for the laughs.
Sending you my best today as always,

LOL. Yes, sir, you can't get anything over on kids, and forget trying to use examples for teaching lessons, because they already have everything figured out for themselves. Wrong as it usually is. Thanks for sharing.

Hahah! This is super clever, and the banter between father and son is so natural and pushes the short forward to its amusing end! I enjoyed this, Bill. Best, JohnC

With my tough week and this being my first read this morning, I needed a smile. This is funny and clever. I loved the image. A creative and humorous approach to a birds and bees lesson.
Best wishes,
Mary
