Lol! That's just too cute. I wonder if this was inspired by one of your children or grandchildren? I can see what this one won the contest! Congratulations!!

Awe Helen, how can you expect me to tell you anything with our little friend, Jerry laughing? Thank you and yes it was our 🥴goober. He told me that while trying to get the ketchup out of the bottle for his corn dogs.
Thanks for finding this and reviewing. You are so sweet!

Debi...

How clever! It's cute, it's funny, and should do well in the contest. And such a perfect image for your poem! Good luck!

Blessings...

Haha, your 25 syllables told quite the story, Debi.
Great job without being gross--at least in my
opinion. The picture was perfect for your well thought
out words.
Congratulations on your win, Jan

Oh, I wish I had a 6!
Debi, thanks for the belly laugh! From the mouths of babes! That's just the funniest thing I've heard in ... well days really, but I've got a father that's losing his mind so we have all kinds of silly stuff going on. His memory is definitely going and last night it was making him nuts. But apparently the fact that he was making Joanie, my sister, nuts because of it somehow made him feel better, so it was okay. Hahaha... I'm not sure how that works exactly, but I'm glad it does.
I loved the potty report! Not my usual kind with the old man... if he starts banging the top of his head, at least I'll know why! lol

Ah yes, Debi, to get the last drop out. I see what you mean. This is just too funny. No wonder you won with this little gem. Congratulations. All the best and a hug, Ulla xx

Oh Debi! That is so funny! The way our "tomato sauce"/ ketchup bottle gets battered to the very last drop, I hope this boy fares better! I'm sure I would count the syllables wrong if it was my entry, but this is very well done.

So little you wrote and yet it makes sense. Well done. Glad you bought a brand name of ketchup for Walmart, and Aldi's is too watery to require anyone to hit the bottom of the bottle.

strange but funny poem about a young boy and well having a problem on the toilet and his solution - patting his head to encourage things to go their natural way.
