Thank you for taking the time to read and review my chapter. I do appreciate all your support.

Apologies again to all my friends...The 2023 Train barrelled into the New Year filled with an army of stress and sadness for our family again. My daughter's father-in-law's pacemaker stopped, started, stopped, and restarted, and he is presently in Hospice. My son-in-law's stepfather caught Covid on Christmas and is currently still in the ICU with little knowledge of who his family is. My granddaughter attempted the unthinkable and was admitted to a Chicago Juvenile Psych hospital, and the father of my great-granddaughters flipped out and was also involuntarily committed. I couldn't write a story like this and think people would believe it.... unfortunately it's true. And then I have been helping empty my dear cousin's home since her passing. Life is swinging sledgehammers, and I am praying I don't get hit by one of them. My apologies for burdening you with my troubles, but I wanted everyone to know why I sometimes seem to disappear. My head is above water ...just trying to keep everyone else together as well. Sending hugs to everyone who needs one!!!!

Tango read the concern in his boss's voice, and he donned his official capacity instantly. "Panicked? What about?"

Tango( stood) and walked quickly toward the door. "I'm on it, boss." (Then, as he opened the door, he added,) ((rose) not sure if that is the right spelling) The second part is to telling and repetitive. Maybe... (He opened the door as he glanced over his shoulder.)

ANOTHER GREAT CHAPTER. thank YOU FOR SHARING AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

This is another excellent chapter. The suspense continues. I guess I have to wait to see what happens to Chrissy. You moved the story along nicely. I do not see any room for improvement.

He is very intuitive, and has learnt to trust his gut instinct, which just might save Crissy's life. Let's hope so. You wrote this well, so that we get a different perspective about the previous events. Enjoying your story a lot.

I have to hand it to Garth. He not only has a sixth sense about things. He has a seventh, eighth, and ninth sense about them! The smooth-flowing dialogue worked throughout, Carol. I only wish my caffeine highs would kick in that quickly though! (smile)--- I'm glad I caught this one before I headed off to bed. I didn't want to be worrying about Crissy all night! Garth and Tango are on it! I have high hopes!

So, Garth of the FBI is on it and Crissy has a chance to be saved. It's a good thing that she didn't appear to be a lightweight to Garth. Now the good guys have to get past the bad cops to do the actual saving of the fair maiden. Looking forward to the next step in the drama. Well-written and perfectly proofread.

Thank God for Mother Hens. I'm glad Garth believes he should pay attention to his unsettled, worried feelings. He's aware that Crissy's inexperience could get her into trouble. I'm beginning to calm down now that Garth is in the picture. Thanks Carol. I'll just sit back and wait to see how they find and save Crissy.

Sorry. I don't know what BOLO stands for.

BOLO refers to when the police put out a wide net to all towns to be on the look out for a certain license plate or person.

I don't usually spot any errors in your writing, but I got ya this time. Mighty (stead) should be (steed). Take my word for it; I'm a horse person and a crazy cat lady.

I'm sorry but I gave my next to last six, to a lovely blonde, smiling lady, and now I starless! This was a good chapter, Carol and I thoroughly enjoyed the wheels wheedling around in Garth's head. So, he'd better get a move on, or he'll be on the place and Crissy will be cooked!! Wonderful writing as usual, my clever friend. Love and hugs, Sandra xxx
