I loved your entry and I voted for it. It's witty, original and delightfully silly (smile). A great poem written from the POV of a cat. Very good command on rhyming.
That being said, I think the presentation could be improved, and I am sure it will draw more people to read this. Your green font matches the general color scheme but comes out a little pale. I think, bolding the text font or making it the paler shade of green would make it more pronounced and improve the general presentation significantly.
Also, lines 2 and 3 of your second verse added some strange symbols - �¢?. That needs to be taken care of.

Thank you, EM, for a great review and pointers. I wasn't able to come back on until today (Wds) and so none of the improvements were made in time to influence contest voting. But I got 3rd place, so that's a good moment for me. :)
I'll take these suggestions into account for next time and be more careful of color scheme and watching out for Evil Eddie! :)

The poem box could be expanded so the poem doesn't look squeezed into the box. Drop the first line down one space. Go to the last word in the poem and hit enter once or twice. Then your poem box is larger. The visual fits perfectly. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you, Sandra, for the great suggesiton on the presentation. I just returned to FS after 3 LONG days of helping my daughter move (UGH!) so was unable to do this before the contest ended. But I ende dup with a 3rd place, so was pleased with the results. I do so appreciate your input. :)
