I think the saddest part of life today is everything --EV. RY. THING-- associated with politics. I don't believe anything any one of them utters. They're the embodiment of that cryptic joke: (question): How do you know when a politician is lying? (answer): His lips are moving.
To me, it does not matter which political party is mentioned, they are ALL liars and cheats and thieves.

Cowards always run for cover or raise their fists when no one cares except 'his' (mob) patriots.
Sadly, there are too many of these MAGA supporters who apparently could care less about our traditional democratic values and our Constitution.

Hahaha - I remember seeing all his actions on the news. What kills me about these politicians is they have no shame. His behavior is on video and you'd think he'd want to leave politics out of embarrassment.
Trump started this whole trend and it depresses me so much. The only thing that saves my sanity is trying to find the humor in our political mess. Your sarcasm put a smile on my face. Hugs, Lilly

The poem has all the requirements of the 5-7-5, and if one knows who Josh is and did, the poem 's meaning is understood. I tend to think that it poem, whatever the type, should be a 'stand-alone ' one, but that's my opinion only.

There is politics in this poem. I guess I have not heard anything about this fellow, but he sounds like someone I would think twice about casting a vote for... the January 6th ordeal should never have happened.
