I think Crissy needs to keep her head way down, because she doesn't know what she's gotten herself into. But I'm sure she'll go headlong into it, without another thought. At least she did one thing right in getting Hank and Emmy involved.
I hope you had a nice Christmas, and had no more troubles to ruin it. And, I hope you are no where near that nasty cold weather we're seeing on the T.V. I'm looking forward to the next chapter, dear friend. Love and hugs. Sandra xx

Crissy is stubborn and fearless like your other female protagonists. I like how even the bad guys like Smythe have a moment of repentance during that fleeting moment before death. Great that Costello didn't get to Rudy. Hope Emmy and Hank meet up with Crissy before she gets into too much trouble!

Terry realised too late what a mess he'd got into. However it was unfortunate being killed by that truck, perhaps an unfortunate coincidence. However Crissy will still be in danger from Costello, and any article she writes will locate her and bring her into further danger.

Every chapter is action packed and cleverly ends leaving the reader with questions about what happens next. All of your characters are realistic and have characteristics of people we know. You give enough detail about each person that the reader can recognize the type of person they are. We all know an energetic Crissy type. Even Brandi has her own personality that we can recognize. I enjoy melting into the world of your characters waiting to see what they are going to do. The whole story is captivating.

Other than that I'm triying to understand how Garth fits into this. He and Hank used to work together some of the time. Garth was the goog-looking flirt. I'll get it straight eventually.
