While your thoughts are wonderful and they come from a loving spirit and a heart that feels love. It is even more wonderful to adopt that thankful attitude for every day. We must not forget those feeling of charity for the better part of a year and trot them out because the calendar says so. Give thanks and charity every day, it becomes easier with practice.

This is a beautiful poem and that is so important remembering to give thanks to God for all that we have and what He's doing for us. We don't always do that. I like that you mentioned help those who don't have also because there are so many help and homeless people in our world and a lot of times we turn a death ear to them. I love that poems like this are a reminder, thank you, great writing and great poem.

Though we should give thanks for our every day lives, most take things for granted and only remember on days set aside to remind us of how grateful we should be. I loved the poem!

I like the fact that you considerr the weak, the unfortunate, the vulnerable, while at the same time giving thanks for your own blessings. I pray that they will be well looked after, that people with compassion might share generously. A good reminder in your poem. Well done. Best wishes.
