Ciao poet, you have your first vote.

I bought my first mobile in dec2010 and that s when I started my rainbow collection.

My best photo I took about 5 years ago....... two rainbows just like those in your artwork.

I also love to lick dew and raindrops from petals and leaves.

And I have the luck to see in the far distance the Alps covered in snow.

Very beautiful poem. I think there will no end in poetry describing the wondder of nature. The poem is nicely rhymed and very fluid.
Well done!!

Delightful! I could "see" it all with your bright and lilting descriptions. I even like the photo you chose to accompany your wonderful poem. I wish you luck in the contest and hope to see your name in the winner's circle!!

How do I write a poem that turns an animal into a human?
reply by Rachelle Allen on 13-Nov-2022
First, think of a human we would all know. Then, because you've got that gift of a "writer's imagination," ask yourself what kind of an animal he/she would be. For example, I look at Joe Biden and see billy goat. Donald Trump makes me think of a big, angry orangutan. I see Heidi Klum and think "Afghan Hound;" whereas Christie Brinkley, who's also tall and blonde and a model, makes me think "Maine coon cat." Does that help?

    Maybe

    Does it have to rhyme?

Nope; it can be free-verse. The rules say "any style."

    Ok
